Senators aim to keep control towers open

A bipartisan group of 18 senators has drafted legislation to prevent the Federal Aviation Administration from closing 149 air-traffic control towers in June. The legislation will "protect air traffic control towers and preserve aviation safety across America," the lawmakers said.
