Wal-Mart adopts full-spectrum mobile strategy for in-store customers

Wal-Mart's all-out mobile strategy is paying off with closer connections to consumers, said Wendy Bergh, vice president at Wal-Mart Global eCommerce. The retailer says it made sure its digital experience is consistent across devices while also providing in-store mobile shopping tools that include the planning stage and budgeting, decision-making and checkout. "Mobile is a huge opportunity for us," Bergh said.
