How to reshape an accidental business culture

Most corporate cultures aren't deliberate inventions but the result of countless accidents that happen while a business is focusing on other things, writes Jamie Flinchbaugh. Creating a more deliberate culture can pay dividends, although it isn't easy to implement. "You don't have to accept an accidental culture as permanent, but it won't change without vision, purpose, and a well-executed plan of action," Flinchbaugh writes.
