Controllers need more rest between shifts, NTSB says

The NTSB on Tuesday recommended that air traffic controllers have more time off between shifts to prevent fatigue. The NTSB based its recommendation on its investigation of the Comair plane accident in Kentucky last August and on 10 other incidents.
