Vermont Milk Company grows farming activist's vision

Maplebrook Farm in Bennington, Vt., is using 100% Vermont milk to produce artisanal mozzarella and ricotta cheeses. Farming activist Anthony Pollina is behind the production; his Vermont Milk Company is partnering with Maplebrook. "We want to add as much value to Vermont milk as we can," Pollina said.
