Delaware's artificial reef faces some unusual issues

More than 700 New York City subway cars lie on the ocean floor off the coast of Delaware, making an artificial reef that is thick with sea grass, mussels and black sea bass. The problem now is the traffic: commercial pot fishermen keep getting their lines tangled with those of sports fishermen. Delaware is trying to get more retired subway cars, but now everyone wants them.
