Amusement park for people with special needs opens in Texas

The first large amusement park for people with special needs is open in San Antonio. Former real estate developer Gordon Hartman created and named Morgan's Wonderland in honor of his 16-year-old daughter, who has a severe cognitive delay. Admission to the park is free for children with special needs, and the attractions include a sensory area, a music garden, an area for water play, and special bracelets that contain microchips to help keep track of visitors.
