The real power of all that "wasted" time

Surveys that seek to quantify the amount of time "wasted" by employees are commonplace, but they fail to take into account human nature, writes Wally Bock. While most workers can become more productive, they will never duplicate machines -- and they shouldn't try. "That 'wasted' time is the time when creativity happens. It's the time when relationships are developed," he writes.
