Report: Feds continue investigation of hiring practices at tech companies

Intel, IBM, Apple, Google and IAC/InterActive are among companies reportedly being investigated by the Justice Department on suspicion of hiring practices that violate antitrust rules. Investigators found that recruitment agreements among the companies may depress salary levels and could amount to price-fixing schemes, according to people close to the matter. It's not clear how or whether the department will pursue the issue.
