Sources: Senate trio may unveil energy-and-climate bill next week

Sens. John Kerry, D-Mass., Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., and Joseph Lieberman, I-Conn., might unveil a compromise energy-and-climate bill early next week, sources said, in time for the 40th anniversary of Earth Day. Despite Kerry's optimism about the measure's prospects this year, it still faces numerous obstacles, including the possibility of being delayed by Senate confirmation hearings for a new Supreme Court justice.
