Carbs-at-dinner plan improves weight loss, study finds

Research in the journal Obesity found that obese people on a low-calorie diet who ate more carbohydrates at dinner lost more weight and fat and felt fuller than those on a regular low-calorie regimen. Researchers said the group that ate more carbs at dinner had smaller decreases in leptin, a hormone that regulates satiety and hunger, than the control group.
