EU finance ministers are confident Spain won't need rescue

Finance ministers from across the EU concluded a two-day meeting in Hungary and expressed confidence that Spain won't need a financial rescue. Officials said Europe's sovereign-debt crisis has peaked. "The risk of contagion has lessened," said German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble. "Not that our worries have passed, but we're on the right track."
