Nonprofit teaches climate-change science at U.S. high schools

A California nonprofit group travels to high schools across the country to provide lessons to students on the science of climate change. The group's presentations are geared toward teens and steer clear of the politics surrounding global warming by focusing on hard science and facts. Since forming in 2009, the Alliance for Climate Education has brought its program to nearly 750,000 students in 1,300 schools.
