Dr. David Eisenberg of Harvard Medical School teaches physicians, dietitians and other health care providers that nutrition goes hand-in-hand with cooking great food. His "Healthy Kitchens/Healthy Lives" program is aimed at getting his colleagues to teach patients about healthy lifestyles. Eisenberg says teaching kitchens should be a part of medical schools, hospitals, universities, public schools and military bases.
