Mexico tourism officials report recovery

Mexico's tourism department met attendees of the massive Tianguis Turistico trade show with welcome news, reporting a 0.9% rise in international travel last year to the country. "Today, we have a 98% repeat visitor rate and 99 out of every 100 visitors recommends our destinations," said Gloria Guevara, Mexico's tourism secretary. Several destinations made efforts to attract travelers.
