Survey: Diners look for healthy fare, especially on kids' plates

Tasty yet healthful food is at the top of the list for diners this year, according to a survey of consumers. Foods that are gluten-free or have less fat, calories and sodium are expected to be trends, especially for children's meals, the National Restaurant Association's 2012 Restaurant Industry Forecast reports, with local sourcing and bold flavor also in demand.
