Workers endorse employment market by quitting

More than 2 million U.S. workers quit their jobs in February, the most since November 2008, the Labor Department reported. Workers tend to hang on to jobs in weak labor markets in fear they won't land a new one, say strategists at ConvergEx Group, so the data are a signal of confidence in the economy.
