The social network is rolling out a simplified interface for its recruiting tool, now available on Android, and is "approaching its mobile moment," says Vice President of Product Parker Barrile. Smartphone users can shake their devices to get hiring recommendations, just one way that LinkedIn seeks to "take the work out of retaining and finding top talent," adds Barrile.
