Wyden urged to join push for device tax repeal

Sen. Joe Donnelly, D-Ind., has called on Senate Finance Committee Chairman Ron Wyden, D-Ore., to support the push to strike down the medical device tax. "I have seen first-hand the effects of the tax on my state, where a number of companies have [forgone] expansion and others have contemplated moving jobs outside the United States," Donnelly wrote in a letter to Wyden.
