Marriott speaks out on House immigration bill

J.W. Marriott Jr., Marriott International's CEO, blasted the U.S. House for approving a bill to make criminals of illegal immigrants and the companies that hire them. At an industry conference, Marriott said the hotel industry relies on immigrants and in an interview noted roughly half of the people who work at the 2,400 Marriott hotels in the U.S. were born outside of the country.
