Philly schools chief leaving, perhaps for New Orleans

Philadelphia schools chief executive Paul Vallas will depart at the end of the school year. Although he only said he'd be returning to Chicago for the summer, there is speculation he will soon be named the new leader of the New Orleans school district, where he spent four days last week consulting with Paul Pastorek, Louisiana's superintendent of education.
