Companies re-instate 401(k) matches

Some employers are phasing back in 401(k) contributions this year after suspending them during the recession. The Profit Sharing/401k Council of America says while 15% of companies had suspended or cut their 401(k) matches last year, 46% plan to bring them back within the first six months of this year.
