Enbridge announces plans to construct Texas cryogenic plant

Enbridge Energy Partners will build a cryogenic gas-processing facility to its Anadarko natural gas gathering system in the Texas Panhandle. The plant would have a capacity of 150 million cubic feet per day and is needed to handle output from horizontal drilling in the natural gas liquid-rich Granite Wash, the company said.
