Florida pharmacy is sued over fatal supplement dose

The owners of 21 polo ponies that died after being injected with a vitamin supplement are suing an Ocala, Fla., pharmacy. The lawsuit, which seeks $4 million, alleges that Franck's Pharmacy was responsible for making the compound that killed the elite horses.
