India's prime minister sets ambitious infrastructure goals

Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has set an ambitious goal of rapidly overhauling his country's infrastructure to spur economic growth -- following the path of China. He wants to build 12 miles of highway daily and has made public-private projects a goal, seeking $41 billion in private-sector investment to help fund construction.
