Report highlights Hispanic spending

An analysis of census and other information from Latinum Network finds that Hispanic spending on food, beverages and restaurants has offset 84% of the decline in real demand between 2005 and 2008. According to the report, Hispanics represent the primary demographic growth opportunity in food, beverage and restaurants.
