Robotic vehicle never needs to stop for fuel

NASA and the U.S. Navy have teamed up to build a robotic vehicle that can run forever without needing to stop to take on fuel or plug into a power outlet. The catch: It only works at the bottom of the sea, where variances in water temperature are enough to drive the small hydraulic motor that charges the submersible's batteries.
