Social media aids activist students

Taking a cue from President Barack Obama's successful social-media campaign last year, some student school board members are taking to blogs, YouTube and Facebook to exert influence and change policies on campus. One student board member in Maryland elected by students used an Obama-style Web site to reach students to win his seat.
