Twitter's new guide for business owners, Twitter 101 for Business, helped Monika Jansen get over her hatred of the service that mostly stemmed from her feeling it was exclusionary. But she says she still doesn't use the service to forge connections the way she should, and isn't sure she has the time to keep up with tweeting.
