Young people are the most creative innovators, but there's a selection bias at play, writes Scott Adams. People whose innovation peak comes early can coast through their careers on the strength of early successes, while people whose peak would have come later usually never find out, since their early failures prompt them to switch to less-creative careers. "When it comes to creativity, younger is probably better. But it might be overrated," Adams writes.
