Delta could partner with JP Morgan on oil refinery

Delta Air Lines could save 10% on fuel by buying an oil refinery, sources say. The carrier could also partner with JP Morgan Chase to help run the refinery, which ConocoPhillips has put up for sale in Trainer, Pa. "The question is whether the stress and costs of running a refinery is outweighed by having your own boutique jet-fuel provider," said Sander Cohan of Energy Security Analysis Inc.
