McKesson retains VA contract worth more than $31.6 billion

McKesson has secured a Department of Veterans Affairs drug contract valued at more than $31.6 billion to continue to be its prime pharmaceutical distributor for at least two more years. The deal takes effect May 10 and would be worth the full amount if all three optional two-year extensions were granted.
