New mobile-based health care startup technologies are expected to profoundly influence an industry in which the average person spends $7,600 a year, according to experts. "We are about to see a fundamental transformation in the way care is delivered and the way patients are engaged with that care," said Frank Moss at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Media Lab.
