A new generation is taking over New York City restaurants with chefs in their late 20s and early 30s reinventing the city's most posh kitchens. "I see the next generation of chefs forging their own paths and expressing their individuality," said Justin Bogle, the 31-year-old executive chef at Gilt. Bogle and his peers are reinventing the upscale restaurant scene by bringing a casual, downtown feel to the dining room.
