Facebook testimonials buoy travel agency

Travel company Costa Rican Vacations built a successful online marketing strategy around customer reviews of their trips, which it acquired by adding a custom "testimonials" tab to its Facebook page, says Chief Marketing Officer Casey Halloran. The strategy has garnered 203 Facebook testimonials, content that the company integrates into its other marketing materials. The practice has about doubled the number of referrals and repeat visitors it receives.
