Experts brainstorm healthy eating habits

The two-thirds rule -- two-thirds of a plate or shopping cart should be filled with fruits, vegetables and grains -- could be the key to healthier eating and curbing obesity, one nutritionist said. Other scientists maintain, however, poor eating habits are learned and may be influenced by marketing.
