Study: Antioxidant-rich foods could lessen severity of stroke

Researchers say a diet rich in antioxidant-packed foods such as spinach and blueberries could help limit the amount of brain damage from a stroke. A study on lab rats found stroke size decreased 50% to 75% in animals fed a diet rich in antioxidants.
