Arlington schools to add Mandarin, Arabic

Thanks to a grant promoting undertaught but critical languages, Arlington, Va., public school students will be able to sign up for courses in Chinese or Arabic at Northern Virginia Community College. Arlington already offers French, German, Italian, Japanese, Latin and Spanish.
