Rating out-of-home viewing

Nielsen Media Research is launching a new program in which participants use mobile phones equipped to gather information on out-of-home TV viewing -- whether at gyms, airports or bars. Nielsen executive Sara Erichson said, "Nielsen has a mandate to follow the video wherever it goes."
