N.J. officials, CDC investigate salmonella cases

Health officials in New Jersey are collaborating with the CDC to look into three cases of illnesses associated with the salmonella bacteria found in recalled breakfast cereals from Malt-O-Meal. At least 21 people across 14 states have been diagnosed with the same bacterial strain, but the FDA said the cause of the contamination has not yet been discovered.
