Baucus leads push to tax employee health benefits

Congress is considering lifting the "employer exclusion" on health benefit payments to help pay for an Obama administration health care reform aimed at getting coverage for 46 million uninsured Americans. The proposal is being championed by Senate Finance Committee Chairman Max Baucus, D-Mont. Congress rejected a similar proposal in 2007.
