Diaper wars unfold

The recession has intensified efforts to lure new moms to Kimberly-Clark's Huggies and Procter & Gamble's Pampers, which are more expensive than private labels. Huggies is introducing Pure & Natural, made with aloe, vitamin E and organic cotton, and Pampers last year launched Swaddlers Sensitive, which lets air reach the baby's skin.
