Lawmakers, teachers oppose no "F" grading policy

Teachers in some Texas districts are prohibited from giving students any grade lower than 50 -- or, in some cases, 70 -- on their report cards, and now legislators and teachers groups are uniting in opposition to the practice. State legislators are considering a bill that would end the grading policy.
