NFIB: Virginia legislators were right to reject funds

Julia Ciarlo Hammond, NFIB/Virginia, says legislators did the right thing in turning down $125 million offered by the federal government to boost the state's unemployment insurance fund. "Once the stimulus money runs out in a couple of years, Virginia would have to pass a tax increase to continue funding the extra benefits," Hammond said.
