Bally settles with Arizona over tribal-gaming software

Slot machine manufacturer Bally Technologies reached a settlement with the Arizona Department of Gaming over its shipment of software to Arizona tribal casinos. Bally had shipped the gaming-device software directly to the tribal casinos, instead of to tribal gaming offices. Bally, based in Las Vegas, will pay a $175,000 fine for the violation of protocol.
