Florida may siphon money from road budget for SunRail

Florida is looking for ways to stop a budget shortfall for its SunRail commuter train system, and it's looking at the state's roads budget as a possible funding source. SunRail costs $1.2 billion a year to operate. The state may forgo roadwork to help pay for rail.
