Fast-food restaurants are offering more healthy menu items, but even among that growing list, some choices are better than others. Dietitian Ansleigh Rowan of Hendrick Medical Center in Abilene, Texas, says even if a food is advertised as low fat, calories still matter and lower calorie counts generally mean lower fat content.
