Some small businesses can benefit from health credits on 2010 taxes

The Internal Revenue Service is sending postcards to small-business owners to alert them to a tax credit for health insurance premiums that is included in the health care law and applicable to the 2010 tax year. To qualify, a business must employ fewer than 25 full-time workers [or an equivalent number of work hours to account for part-timers] at less than $50,000 per year and pay for at least 50% of the cost of their health insurance premiums.
