Workers more satisfied with benefits, survey finds

Despite the recession, a majority of employers haven't cut their core benefits -- a move appreciated by workers and one that has led to greater job satisfaction, reports a MetLife survey. The report found 42% of workers -- the most since 2007 -- said they were highly satisfied with their benefits, compared with 37% last year.
