Wyoming needs a balance in requiring oil and gas companies to disclose the chemicals they use in hydraulic fracturing, Gov. Dave Freudenthal said during a public hearing held by the state's Oil and Gas Conservation Commission. This comes as the commission is mulling over new rules for resource development. "Somewhere in between, there is an adequate amount of information for us to know, frankly, what's going on," Freudenthal said.
